Bucket Warehouse asked me to develop their first product, a Tiltrotator attachment for an excavator, from a basic 'Proof of Concept' prototype into a mass manufacturable product. This involved reverse engineering the entire system, incorporating standardised components, modifying all components to be suitable for high volume manufacture, adjusting geometry to provide optimised mechanical operation, and developing all of the technical information required to for the factory to fabricate and assemble the product.
